Tadhg joined ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) in January 2017 as a Senior Specialist in leadership development. He is responsible for designing and implementing a new leadership development framework for all operating companies within the group. He is also responsible for delivering executive leadership programs within this framework at leading self, others and enterprise levels. He has devised and delivered four programs (Strategic Influencing, Presentation Literacy, Media Training and Transitioning to Enterprise Leadership) for one of the most prestigious high profile leadership program in the UAE – The ADNOC Future Leaders Program. He worked as Senior Advisor, Executive Development in ADNOC Onshore from 2013 – 2017. Prior to joining ADNOC Onshore, he worked as Leadership Development Consultant with the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi Government where he was responsible for the leadership development needs of 170 senior executives covering 36 government departments. Tadhg has worked with INSEAD, Harvard, London Business School, Sandhurst, Oxford, Ashridge, Henley, and other leading Business Schools in co-designing and delivering a range of learning interventions for numerous clients.

He has delivered executive courses in Europe, Asia and the Subcontinent. He has organized and led learning journeys to the USA, Korea, Japan and the UK. He designed and facilitated an inter-government conference between UAE Government Undersecretaries and their Australian counterparts. He has also designed and delivered various training programmes for the Spanish and Irish Governments. He has worked with the top Schools of Government including the National School of Government UK; Australia/New Zealand School of Government; Canadian School of Public Service; Singapore Civil Service College; and the Irish Civil Service. He has acted as a moderator for numerous corporate events both within the UAE and internationally, involving change implementation and strategic initiatives. He has been invited to speak at corporate after-dinner events. He has acted as Master of Ceremonies for international gatherings. Tadhg has presented at international oil conferences. Tadhg is an NLP practitioner and is British Psychological Society Level A and B qualified. He also possesses qualifications in Hogan, MBTI, OPQ, Belbin, EQ-i, Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile, Talent Q and other psychometric tools.
